The Making of a Pie of Beet

I was craving some beets the other day and had the fantastic idea of making a beet pie. I managed to find this recipe on the internet and decided to try it out, or at least a variant thereof.

The first difference was that I did not make the crust. I used a pre-made graham cracker crust. Also, I used whipped cream to top it.
